“Gorgeous boutique hotel with all the ammenities. Walkable to everything in the center of town. ”

“Toilet paper holder was broken. Bed light was not bright enough to read by. Expensive hotel to game no breakfast as an amenity. Location great and personnel gracious and helpful. Not aware of a pool.”

“Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be...

“The stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room could have been cleaner, there were stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was something that had run out of a vent on the bathroom wall leaving a white stain on the wall, the air conditioner unit was extremely loud when operating. Given the cost of the stay, I would expect these minor things to have been corrected prior the guest arrival.”

“Check-in was at 4pm- arrived at 4pm- room not ready- told to come back in 30 min. Still not ready. No one's rooms were ready- many people upset- finally 545 room ready - ”

“Everything was great at the hotel, the staff, the room, the pool and breakfast. I would like to see bacon added to the breakfast buffet and not just sausage.”

“Well there is a kitchen in the room I did not bring any supplies for the use of it and they have any supplies for renters to utilize. ”

“The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location.”

“The breakfast amenities were surprisingly varied in food options and the staff was incredibly kind and even checked in with me by phone to see if there was anything they could do to help accommodate our stay. We were there because of a surgery I had at Good Samaritan that day and I couldn't be happier with our choice of lodging for the occasion. ”

“Arrived to a TV that didn’t work. Had the manager come up to the room with a new remote - didn’t work. Come to find out the previous guest disconnected the HDMI port. Also the hotel phone was not plugged in. Really minor things but after 15th on the road it was frustrating/disappointing. ”
