📍 **Prime Location**

Located along the beautiful shores of Lake Erie, guests are just minutes from wineries, fishing charters, beaches, restaurants, trails, nightlife, and all the attractions of Ashtabula County and Geneva-on-the-Lake.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to all 3 homes, Cabin 35, 36 and 37, and have access to all areas of the home other than the storage closets located in the basement bathroom.



There are 6 dedicated spots in the front of the house, however you can configure a multitude of cars to fit in the spots as long as no other properties are blocked. If there are not enough spots available, there is additional parking by the laundry building close to the dumpsters.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at the house. If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $120.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.



Smoking is not allowed along with any evidence of a party. If this is violated it will be accompanied with a minimum of a $500 fine.



House is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect to neighbors, music and outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.



Check out time is 10am. We charge a late fee of $65 an hour for late check outs. If later than 2 hours, the rate goes to $130 an hour.



The water along side the property is harsh and fast water, we do not recommend swimming here due to the home being surrounded by sharp jagged rocks, however there are beaches available all throughout Ashtabula County.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a full time dedicated team that is available at all times. However, we will not interrupt your stay unless called upon or a problem arises.
