“Oddly unwelcoming guest, mocked me for using Expedia upon entry to the property. Laughed about me essentially getting scammed for using Expedia and instructed me that I wouldn't be having breakfast instead of offering it to me. Tiny bathroom with a tiny shower. Instructed that you are forbidden from bringing food in to your room. Upstairs room had TV on full volume until 3am (it has been possible to restrict certain volume levels on TVs for over 20 years to prevent this issue). Poor parking at...

“The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. “Staff on checking in were polite and dhowed us toom and facilities. Room was small , clean but personally it wasnt eorth the price we were charged. Booked breakfast but was informed it wasn't available until 8.30am and ee had to leave earlier than that do even thought id osud extra gor breakfast and fid inform thrn upon arrival, we werent offered reductions.”
