Located on the Goose creek wildlife preserves in Loomis Bay this is truly the sweet spot on Chautauqua Lake. We are close to all the major attractions on the lake!! We have a 40-foot dock with direct access to the lake, and we have 3 kayaks for you to use as well. This is the perfect place to sit back and unwind in this natural paradise on the lake minutes away from Chautauqua county’s major attractions.
The Space
This is a 4 season 3-bedroom house that will comfortably sleep 8, The first floor has the Master King Size Bed with Smart TV. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms. The Canal side has a queen bed with a Smart TV looking out at the Canal. The street side room has 2 full size beds and large closet space. This is a fully furnished home with Central heat and Air Conditioning. It has a full-size washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.
The front of the house is a large 4 season sunroom with sliding doors and screens to keep it cool in the summer, and it’s equipped with a Propane heater for the colder fall and winter months. Enjoy the water view and all the wildlife in this protected wetland paradise.
Outside you have a Soft tub that will seat up to 4, a fire pit, and the dock to park your water toys, fish, or just enjoy the view!! Parking for up to 3 cars (boats, commercial vehicles and overflow can be parked at Loomis Bay Park next door). The Canal and wooded area across the creek bring in pretty wildlife and creates a beautiful quiet natural environment to enjoy your coffee in the morning, relaxing fires at night, and a space for your family to enjoy the tranquility of this rustic wooded scene

You are minutes from all the major attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy Panama rocks, The Chautauqua wine trail, Bemus Point (via the stow ferry or the 86 bridge), Prendergast boat launch (largest free launch on the lake), and Long Point state park. Mayville, Westfield, Jamestown and Lakewood are very close by, so you'll have lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options on and off the lake.
