“Very dated .. nothing on menu in the restaurant we’d eat and the pub was closed Leisure facilities very poor , won’t be coming back . It was more like a care home than a hotel ”

“Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved. Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are...
