Kurt was freaking spectacular and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed on the property. He also worked his butt off to fix the electrical issues we had in our space. Unfortunately, he can only do so much- since there’s no electric running to the yurts all the electric was done by cords- and since everyone was on the same grid and had all of their things plugged in at once, we had a lot of surge issues. The yurt itself was super beautiful and clean as were the showers and even portapotty. But the locks didn’t work in the shower and there was no sink to use after the bathroom, so be prepared to improvise. The grounds are weird and we really didn’t know where we rented until we drove to the gate… so just google the address before making the reservation in case you aren’t cool with being near places like that- but please know the camp grounds are just that and nothing was weird with the camping area. And we didn’t feel unsafe or that we were in a questionable environment.
Just do your research and have hand soap ready.
