“Six of us stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. It was easily accessed and clean. Three large bedrooms gave plenty of space - kitchen, dining, sitting area large enough for 6 adults. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town but we found the bus service excellent and very reasonably priced. “This was a great space for my family. The amenities were great, and the hosts were very helpful and attentive. It is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated this apartment while we stayed in San Sebastián! ”

“The location is great! The beds are small and hard but expected. Extra blankets, pillows & towels would be a nice touch. It is chilly in the winter so blankets are needed. The bathroom lights above the mirror do not work in either bathroom, which is not ideal. The wifi router was not working during our stay. We tried everything- unplugging etc & contacted host that it wasn’t working, they reiterated the network & password. All in all, its a good place to stay, close to everything and quiet...

“Mari Carmen’s flat was perfect for our four week stay in San Sebastián. We used her terrace as much as possible as the weather was beautiful. The flat is in perfect location and easy walking to all neighborhoods in town. Mari Carmen was so responsive to our many questions. She offered suggestions for day trips, eating, shopping and more. We were sad to leave this lovely flat and beautiful city, but we will return to both!”

“The apartment location is ideal — in the very safe, quiet and beautiful Romantic Distrct. Walking distance to the river , beach and bus station. The instructions for finding the unit and checking in were very clear. With photographs. There is a decent but small kitchen but the cooking ingredients are minimal — no oil or salt/ pepper. ”

“We had to leave early and rent a hotel after 7 days, with 7 days remaining on our vacation because there was many cockroaches in the rental unit. The unit is in need of a lot of help. My husband found that this was a bad experience and I don’t know if I could convince him to do this again. Regards”

She and her husband even took us on a hike on the property to have better views of the surrounding countryside. The property is close to all there is to see in San Sebastián. “The accommodations were beautiful. The beds and bedding were very high end. We were met by Aymar who was very clear on how to arrive, where to park and wonderful eating suggestions. Since we had a car we ventured to the neighboring towns and even visited the Balenciaga museum. If you choose to cook in the apartment you will have a fully equipped kitchen.
