Hotel is very tired, room requested was not ready and was told we needed to wait even though it was 1 hour 20 minutes after check in opened. We agreed to an alternative room with twin beds pushed together even we requested a double. The breakfast was good., didn't bother with the spa as it was in a different building.

Thanks to Helena at the front desk she was amazing. The place is very quiet, beautiful suite and golf and leisure club are very nice!

camera silenziosissima, letto comodo e grande davvero ottima. Qualche problema con le luci ma che poi ho risolto velocemente. Colazione buona e gustosa.

"Nice Hotel fron outside. Totally without personality inside. Rooms are sufficiently clean but not enough. Just one person at the desk, no people around. Good for just sleeping. Nothing to do in the evening. I didn't like it."

"Great hotel, nice comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Food was OK with a decent choice. Like most village hotels there is only one lift and it was out of order on this visit so everyone had to lug their cases up the stairs which is not ideal!"
