“The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. The food is great. The staff were very friendly. With me being a travel agent I would have given this hotel 10 out of10 but the walls are very thin that you can hear the people talking in the other room. I didn’t get a good night sleep because I heard the traffic all night on the highway. The hotel is right off the highway. The traffic is very heavy and noisy in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. ”

“L'hotel è già,di suo, di ottimo livello. Ma se ci aggiungiamo l'aperitivo (stuzzichini e birra a volontà) dal lunedi al giovedì lo rende uno dei migliori hotel dei 13 viaggi in usa. Peccato per la solita posizione vicina alla highway senza infamia e senza lode”

“Suite was better than expected. Large 2 mini fridges , breakfast had a variety every morning but you can never go wrong with the waffles. Staff was very friendly and professional . Will definitely stay again on my next visit. ”

“This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that...

“Room needed to be cleaner… bed has a stain on covers. Toilet was in need of cleaning and only a half roll of toilet paper.”

“I was very disappointed that this location was closed due to damages. Instead of reaching out and notifying me they didn’t. They say if my reservation I got to the location just to find they were closed and I was not able to get my rewards back that I used towards the room.”
