We had a great stay in Athens for our daughter’s graduation from UGA. We had two sets of grandparents, our 15 year old son and my husband and I staying at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Our son shared a bathroom with my husband and me. The kitchen was great and perfect for meals and entertaining. The den was also a nice size with a great wrap around couch! The backyard and deck are also spacious! Plenty of parking for all of us in the driveway! The host was great and easy to communicate with and the location was perfect to drive to and from UGA while we were there. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by too! A wonderful two night stay in Athens!

This was so nice. The kitchen was well equipped with eveything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The kids didn't say "i am board." Brandon was so nice and met every need we had. The house is a 10, the pool is a 10. Host are a 10. Thanks for sharing your home with ys.

Great house with plenty of room in a fantastic location. We travel to Athens frequently to visit family. This house was in a perfect location, giving us easy access to everyone we wanted to see and everywhere we wanted to go. The house was exactly as portrayed: clean and neat with a great pool in the backyard. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The owner was very communicative and check in/check out was a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

Convenient to Downtown Athens

We were in town for a wedding that was held Downtown. Home was conveniently located for our activities. The home was clean and the kitchen/living/dining room was nicely updated and spacious. Owner had wine, snacks and bottled water available upon arrival which was very appreciated. Owner provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well. Neighborhood was very safe and walkable. The pool could use a little attention, but otherwise the pictures reflected the condition of the property accurately. Owner was very responsive too. Overall, a very nice and spacious home.

For the Holidays

House was great! Layout was perfect and clean as a whistle. Thanks for the wine….we just didn’t have a corkscrew. Our stay was perfect other than the pool was never warm enough to swim during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Thanksgiving In Athens

we had a great Thanksgiving holiday and weekend in Athens. The house was perfect for our group. location was good, easy to get downtown and to the game. also close to a number of stores. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool :)! We would definitely come back

Sister and cousins vacation

Plenty of room for all 7 of us talked to owner and gave him a couple of things that could be done to help make the renters enjoy the stay even better enjoyed the pool needs a hand rail to get in and out of pool for us older folks

Great house

Everything you need is here. Very spacious, all kitchen essentials and then some. Pool was great, plenty of parking. Beds comfy and lots of seating in living room. Price is affordable and close to everything

Classic City Creature Comforts

As hosts go, you can't do better than Brandon & Kristi. The property is always well stocked with things you might need. The property is cared for. There is a new cooling system for the living room and a newly redone deck. A home away from home. Overall, it is a fantastic stay in a great part of town with great hosts.

Perfect location to experience Athens

We enjoyed an extended stay with our two beagles at this lovely home. It is located in a quiet, established, central neighborhood, which was perfect for experiencing everything Athens has to offer. We especially loved the neighborhood deer that wandered through the yard every day. The home is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Graduation week rental

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Close to UGA but nice to have quiet space when needed. Beautiful kitchen, living room space and back deck. Pool was bonus too.

Enjoyed!

We were in town for our daughters graduation. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood but only two blocks from a busy shopping center/restaurants. And we saw deer every day which was like a gift. The house has a pool and brand new deck. The house is big. Accommodating. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out easy.

Beautiful Georgia weekend

We loved our stay at this home! Beautifully updated kitchen with plenty of space. 4 good size bedrooms and 3 baths, plenty of room for our family. Pool was a bonus! Our college age daughter loved swimming with her friends. Host was a great communicator. Location is convenient. Thank you!

Great place!

We were in town for a weekend wedding. Our events were downtown so the house was in a great location for us. Quiet, nice neighborhoods. Pictures are very accurate. Looks to be newly renovated. Pool was great. Brandon was very responsive and super nice. Place was well stocked including plenty of linens, paper goods, coffee, welcome snacks. Very clean. Great location to downtown, five points and campus. Would stay again.

Classic City Stay-cay

As usual, we enjoyed the property. The back deck is great for grilling. Love watching deer roam around the yards. Pool is great. Nice and spacious with great finishes in the home. Always a good stay.
