Lovely 3-bedroom house with AC in Athens


Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of Athens. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a family oriented neighborhood. This is a completely private guest suite with its own entrance and no shared spaces. We are 9 minutes from Downtown, UGA, Sanford Stadium and all that Athens has to offer. You will have 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a entire kitchen, separate dining room and cozy living room. Also a patio in the back with a grill! Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this property, complete with heating and AC. Experience the magic of Athens at our charming house!

The space
Walking in the front door, you step into the dining room with beautiful hardwood floors. This room flows into the kitchen which opens up to a cozy living room. Up a short set up stairs are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second room with a queen and the third bedroom comes with a full.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a gas stove, a microwave, coffee maker and all utensils needed for cooking.

The living room has an 85 inch television, comfortable sectional sofa and one lounge chair for you to enjoy and relax.

There is a fenced in back yard with a patio area and charcoal grill. Also an expansive front lawn.

This ideal location cannot be missed!

Please note - this is a host-occupied property. We live in the granny suite downstairs which is completely separate from the guest space. We respect our guest's privacy, and are always available should you need assistance. The guest suite upstairs is completely private with its own entrance and no shared spaces

We stayed with close friends and our college aged daughter from Auburn to visit our son who was participating in a charity boxing tournament in Athens. This home was impeccably clean, lovely and so spacious. We had our sons and a few of their friends over and were able to cook them a full breakfast spread in the roomy kitchen that was so well stocked with everything we needed to cook! The bathroom, while only one, is large and comfortable to share. So many little nice extras like lighted makeup mirrors and HUGE TVs in every room perfect for game watching! These owners do not skimp on anything and think of everything. I’ve never been more comfortable staying in someone’s rental home. The hosts are so gracious and welcoming. Easy uber into town. Peaceful and quiet at night. Would 100% recommend and we hope to stay here again.
