For your convenience and security, our property uses a Schlage smart lock system. Each guest receives a unique PIN code valid only for the duration of their stay—no keys to lose, and no shared access. It’s a simple, secure way to check in anytime.
Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
This is a non-smoking building and apartment. Please do not smoke inside or on the balcony
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.
For longer-term stays, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests.
We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. There is a Publix grocery store in walking distance if you need anything.
For your safety and peace of mind, a Ring camera is installed at the exterior front door. It records video and audio only in the entry area—never inside the apartment. This helps us maintain a secure, respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review our pet guidelines:
- Allowed pets: Dogs only, up to 50 lbs.
- Breed restrictions: No aggressive breeds (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans).
- Maximum: 2 dogs per reservation.
- Fee: A $100 pet fee applies per stay.
- Clean-up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets, including outdoor areas.
- Noise: Excessive barking or disturbances may result in additional fees or early checkout.
- Damage: Any pet-related damage will be charged at replacement cost.
Please confirm your pet’s breed and weight prior to arrival so we can prepare the space accordingly. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the home clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
