Excellent location and experience!

It was a great stay! The owners were very friendly and helpful before/during our stay. It is so convenient to walk to anything UGA related. Highly recommend!!

Convenient and Cozy

My husband and I traveled to Athens for a quick visit with our son and daughter-in-law. This cottage was perfect for our needs. So much more comfortable than a hotel room and definitely more charming. The home was clean and comfortable and close to the heart of the Five Points area. Easily walkable to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely return!

House was stocked with everything would need and felt like a high quality hotel stay. Will use this when we go up next year if possible!

Awesome sums it UP

Amazing carriage house walking distance to 5 Points and to the Football Stadium. Lovely accommodations! Warm and friendly hosts!! This should be your first choice in Athens!

Visiting college freshman son

The carriage house is really cute and located in a great location. I didn’t know about my Five Points before this trip. It’s a great neighborhood with excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house. You can walk to the stadium, but it’s a solid 30 minute walk. We had an easy time getting Uber’s to and from the house. The owners are really nice and helpful. We will definitely visit again!!

Cute bungalow 5 min from campus

My wife and I came to Athens for a swing dance training event. This property was in a great location to get to campus quickly while still close to a bunch of restaurants and stores. The unit was clean, with a vintage vibe that Matched the cool neighborhood it’s in.

Get place and location

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clean. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, grocery store etc. The owner made sure our accommodations were comfortable. Love the city of Athens.

Location to UGA is Ideal!

Extremely Clean, well-appointed and in an ideal location. Walk to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Off street parking and seamless check-in process. Will hope to stay again anytime we visit our daughter at UGA.

delivered as promised

Nice spot in Athens in a nice neighborhood, very convenient to 5-points amenities; very nice on site host. Compact but roomy enough for a couple. Furnishings very adequate, but I would have liked a couch long enough in the TV area to let me stretch out for a nap; and with that, I would give five stars without hesitation. We were fine with giving up that little preference for all the other pluses.

Quaint Carriage House

What a great stay! It's about 2 miles to the stadium from there but it's easy enough to park at Carlton Parking Deck near Stegeman Coliseum and walk to the stadium. You are right in the heart of Five Points. Everything we needed was there, it was super clean and a really cute place. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!
