“The apartment was nice and clean, and we appreciated having access to the pool. However, the location was further down the Esplanade than we had expected, so we weren't able to walk to dinner and shops as we had planned. One room also had an air conditioner that wasn't working, making it extremely stuffy in the hot weather. Though we reported the problem immediately, management did not fix it. Another time, we would probably choose a different place at the other end of the Esplanade, hopefully...
