“Clean, easy valet”

“A gorgeous hotel…we always love staying here! But this time, the shower water pressure was mild, not strong enough to wash ladies’ medium-long hair. All bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels were too rough..they must be new, as they were never like this before. The small hand towels in the Gym are very soft and lovely. The A/C system needs adjusting, since on Low and High it’s super noisy and blows air super high. On Medium it blows almost no air. It wasn’t like this in other hotel sleeping...

“hotel distante circa 25 miglia da san francisco. abbiamo prenotato per 2 letti queen e al check-in ci hanno detto che non avevano camere con 2 letti; alla fine dopo aver perso qualche ora di tempo ci hanno dato una camera con due letti ma adiacente ad una cabina elettrica e molto rumorosa. inoltre non esiste una sala colazione: la scarna colazione viene servita su due miseri tavoli alla reception.”

“One-hundred-year-old hotel in the heart of Palo Alto, with walking to all the shops, Whole Foods, restaurants and the theater. The rooms are comfortable, the beds very nice, and the staff is terrific. If you don't have a car, it's a perfect location.”
