“We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort...

“We have stayed at this dog friendly hotel twice in recent years. Affordable, accessible, and well maintained. I will note that the bathroom ceiling was deteriorating and desperately needs an update to avoid mold growth. Also, the carpet was a bit musty and A/C is loud- but not enough reasons to avoid booking. It’s comfy, clean, and located in a decent location for walkability.”
