Welcome to your Short-Term home away from home at The Crestwood by EFG — a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath furnished home in Stonecrest, GA, combines classic charm with modern updates, and sits on a peaceful, tree-lined street with a spacious yard. Ideal for professionals, corporate travelers, film and medical staff, or relocation stays of 30+ days.

Inside this 1,240 sq. ft. home, enjoy a comfortable living area with a 55” Fire TV, a 43” TV in the primary suite, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for everyday cooking. High-speed 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and electricity are included for a seamless extended stay. The home also features an in-unit washer and dryer, private driveway parking, keyless entry, and outdoor security cameras for peace of mind.

Climate control is managed via smart thermostat (cooling: 73–81°F; heating: 65–75°F). The fireplace is decorative only. Stays beyond 30 days may require a Short-Term lease agreement signed within 24-72 hours of booking to avoid the potential cancelation of the reservation.

Located just minutes from I-20, this home offers easy access to both Stonecrest amenities and downtown Atlanta (about 25–30 minutes away).

Please Note: No parties, gatherings, illegal activities, or overnight guests not named in the reservation allowed. The host is not responsible for loss or damages to vehicles or belongings left inside. Infants count towards the maximum guest limit(s) of the reservation.
