Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Uber, MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority), E-bikes, and scooters are readily available right outside the building. For those heading to a game or event, Mercedes-Benz Stadium is less than a mile away, about a 10-15 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

Heat & Air Conditioning; This building is ran on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.



No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.



Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host.Please note: Your reservation is subject to cancellation if you fail to upload a valid photo ID and credit card or complete a rental agreement when requested. Additionally, if your credit card payment is declined or does not process successfully, your reservation will be cancelled. These steps are required to verify your booking and ensure a secure and smooth check-in experience
