    Welcome to The Beehive—a character-filled bungalow in Ormewood Park where vintage details, East Atlanta energy, and laid-back neighborhood living all come together. Spend your days exploring the BeltLine, East Atlanta Village, Grant Park, and local coffee shops, then come back to a space layered with collected interiors, natural light, and a little bit of Atlanta soul. For larger groups, The Honeycomb—its sister studio on the same property—is also available.

    • Bedroom 1 (Primary) – King bed with plush bedding and a calming atmosphere designed for slow mornings and restful nights. A smart TV is positioned right in front of the bed for easy viewing.

    • Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with vintage-inspired touches and a convertible chair bed ideal for an extra guest or teenager.

    • Bedroom 3 / Workspace – Two twin beds plus a dedicated desk setup with fast WiFi, making it easy to work remotely between Atlanta adventures.

    Ormewood Park offers a more local side of Atlanta—where neighborhood cafes, patio dinners, live music, and weekend markets are all part of the rhythm of the area.

    Guests have full private access to The Beehive during their stay, including the front porch, back deck, and backyard areas. Please note that the driveway, parking area, and backyard are shared with The Honeycomb, a separate studio located on the property that may be occupied by other guests.

    One dedicated parking spot is included, with additional street parking available nearby.

The area is especially loved for its walkability, local personality, and strong sense of community.

    Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and make it simple to reach Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, or Hartsfield-Jackson Airport without needing to navigate traffic or parking.

    The neighborhood is also well connected to MARTA bus routes, with nearby rail access available at King Memorial Station for connections across the city.

    One of the biggest advantages of the area is access to the Atlanta Beltline, which connects nearby neighborhoods like Grant Park, Reynoldstown, Inman Park, and Old Fourth Ward. It’s ideal for walking, biking, or exploring Atlanta’s restaurants, breweries, parks, and local markets without relying on a car.

    Scooter and bike-share options like Bird, Lime, and Relay are commonly available throughout the area, offering flexible ways to get around the city.

    ➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
    ➤ Pets are not allowed.
    ➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
    ➤ Only registered guests are allowed on the property—no unapproved visitors.
    ➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
    ➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
    ➤ Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm—please keep noise to a minimum.
    ➤ Our home is family- and kid-friendly, with a pack ‘n play, kid-sized dinnerware, toys, and books provided for your little ones. While we aim to make it comfortable for children, it is not childproof—there are no safety gates, outlet covers, or cabinet locks—so all children must be monitored at all times.
    ➤ The driveway, parking area, and sideyard/backyard are shared with The Honeycomb, a separate studio located on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
    ➤ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
    Thank you in advance for your understanding and compliance with the rules.

    1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

    2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors. We have a noise detector inside the unit that alerts us, and neighbors may contact us with any issues.

    3. No parties or events allowed.

    4. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

    5. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. We have a smart smoke detector inside the unit that will alert us. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

    6. There can not be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Any violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without a refund. We do have exterior cameras in place to ensure that only registered guests are entering the property. Exemptions may be made for daytime visitors, but they must be approved in advance—please let us know ahead of time if you plan to have any visitors. No unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.

    7. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a late check-out fee equal to 10% of the base price. This fee helps cover housekeeping costs when the agreed-upon check-out time is not observed.

    8. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement.

    9. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

    10. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be charged separately.

Lovely weekend visit with family

Awesome Atlanta

We loved our stay here! The property was beautiful and decorated so tastefully! It was close to everything we needed and we easily walked to the Beltline, the coffee shop, restaurants and Publix’s. Check-in was seamless and the home was so comfortable. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. We would definitely recommend this property!!!

We had an amazing time at this home! We hosted a girls night and a brunch FOR MY 40th birthday and the integrated sound system gave us life! Brandy was the GOAT when it came to communication and accommodations. The home LITERALLY had all that we needed. I know somebody is cook because the seasonings were seasoning lol. I would definitely recommend as well as book again. Thank you for EVERYTHING
