Guests must verify their identity and ID through Truvi before their stay.
Non-refundable verification fee: $38.

Cleaning Fee
One-time cleaning fee: $192 per stay.

Checkout Policy
Standard checkout: 10:00 AM.
Late checkout requires prior approval and payment.
Unauthorized checkout between 10:00–11:00 AM: $200 fee.
After 11:00 AM: Additional $100 per hour.

Late Checkout Option
Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
Fee: $40.
Approved checkout time: 12:30 PM.
The additional rules state that a $200 fee applies starting at 1:30 PM, plus $100 per hour afterward.

Additional House Rules
No unregistered guests. $200 fee for each additional guest beyond the reservation.
No parties or events.
No smoking.
No pets. A $250 charge applies if guests bring a pet.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Respect check-in and checkout times.
Lost key fobs incur a replacement fee.
Guests are responsible for damages exceeding the security deposit.
Do not rearrange furniture.
Wash dishes and take out trash before leaving.
No illegal substances on the premises.

Outdoor Camera Rules
Outdoor security cameras are installed and actively recording in designated exterior areas.
Tampering with or obstructing cameras is prohibited.
Camera tampering may result in a $150 fine and removal without a refund.
