A heated pool is advertised in the listing, including saying that this is a "rare find" in this area. Nowhere was it communicated that for our stay, it would not be open. We only chose this place because of the pool or else we would have chosen a place closer to the attractions we wanted to see. Our kids (6.5 and 8.5) were so upset because we had promised them a pool. The owner seemed like he didn't really care about the inaccuracy or disappointment on our part. In addition to our kids being let down, we spent double on Lyft rides than we would have (plus all the extra waiting and driving) if we had stayed more downtown and/or in a hotel, that would have had a pool.The property itself is nice and had pretty much everything we needed. Note that one bedroom is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. It essentially feels like you are in a separate house, which might be nice for two couples but with small kids, they ended up coming down and sleeping on the couch on the ground floor half the time and/or we were going up and down flights of stairs at night.

This townhouse was fantastic! We loved our stay. The neighborhood is really cool. We were able to get a great breakfast just by walking across the street and walked down to Publix for groceries. We really enjoyed the three stories of the townhouse. It was nice and bright with lots of space for the four of us and a great kitchen for food prep. We also really loved the pool. I wish we'd been able to stay longer and enjoy it even more. Ibrahim was a fantastic communicator as well. If we come back to Atlanta we'd love to stay again!

Amazing place to stay especially for a family with kids

My stay was wonderful and the host was very helpful and on time with all communication. Only thing it’s missing is a hot tub on the roof lol.. but one of my best stays yet

graduation/get away

We came down to see my boyfriends daughter graduate highschool, plus i wanted a get away ! This rental provided both, with enough room for them to visit and i even had privacy to do some work while i was there on a whole other floor. The balconies are so adorable and chill and we were able to eat out many different places and a grocery store all easily walkable. The pool was such a nice touch for me to have relax time while he was so busy with other things and we had plenty of room to spend with everyone together too. No one ever talks about this but the water pressure, the cleanliness, and the comfortable beds was priceless! We would return no doubt.

Great Location, Family Friendly

This was a great place to stay, very central to everything we wanted to do and in a great safe neighborhood. The unit was as described with plenty of space for us and our 4 kids. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is due to lack of linens. There were very few towels and the ones we did find were pretty gross. We had to go buy our own towels to shower. The property needs a little maintenance with paint touch up as well, Overall great place to stay, friendly host, I would stay here again, but would bring towels and a blow dryer!
