The home was incredibly clean and the property manager and the property owners were very communicative prior to the stay. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which is always a positive.The property is in need of quite a lot of repairs. The cabinets aren't fully attached to the walls and several chairs have legs so unstable you can't sit on them. There are a few broken floor tiles and the shower turns off when the handle is at 12 o'clock. Also the tv in the living room did not work. We even bought batteries for the remotes but it still wouldn't connect to the wifi. Then we couldn't get the air to stay at a desirable temperature because the thermostat kept resetting to make it incredibly hot. Lastly, one of the full time tenants allows her dogs to run around without a leash. When trying to walk our dogs hers are running up and jumping on us and our dogs. She could see that we were uncomfortable yet continued to do this EVERY time we took our dogs out. I messaged the ower and property manager about the tenant and the dogs with no leashes telling them we left the night before checkout because of the issue amd haven't received a response. We are 100% dog people but leash your dogs when others are around.
