Located in Castleberry Hill which is adjacent to southern border of downtown Atlanta. Castleberry Hill is a unique, fun, creative, artistic urban community with a strong historic identity. Many of the early 20th-century warehouse buildings have been converted to lofts and are now the predominate housing type. The population is culturally diverse and the area is continuing to grow in both the number of residents as well as retail and other establishments. Today the area is thriving with retail shops, restaurants, apartments and condos. The proximity to all that Atlanta has to offer in a short walking distance and easy highway and public transportation options are, and will continue to be, major draws to the area.
Come visit, explore the deep roots and learn the history of this vibrant, creative community with its rich transportation history. The railway, which defines street and building patterns as it cuts through Castleberry, is as old as Atlanta itself, and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line served the neighborhood. The Castleberry Hill historic district was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. You have access to the entire condo. The space is entirely yours so make yourself at home.
Self Check-in - Guests can access the building through the front entry or the rear garage doors. Each door is fitted with a smart keypad. You will be provided with a unique code that will work on all exterior entry doors, including the garage. You will also be provided with a separate auto generated code for your unit that will function for the entirety of your stay. *Point Central Software

Soft light moves across the skyline as you settle into a multi-level penthouse above the historic streets of Castleberry Hill. Mornings feel quiet and elevated, while evenings invite you indoors to the warmth of a gas indoor fireplace or out to the rooftop to take in crisp spring air and sweeping city views. After a day exploring nearby galleries and downtown landmarks, you return to a space designed for gathering and unwinding.

The Space
Set within a recently completed development just two blocks from Mercedes Benz Stadium, this entire rental unit offers room for up to 10 guests across a thoughtful layout. Private elevator access opens directly into the home, where an open kitchen, center island, and lounge area extend upward toward a lofted mezzanine. Reclaimed flooring, custom cabinetry, and Jenn Air appliances shape a space that balances openness with defined areas to relax.

Sleeping arrangements
The home includes 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2.5 baths. Two expansive master bedrooms feature en-suite baths, offering added privacy. A semi-private bonus space serves as the third bedroom, with an attached half bath and an open layout that blends into the surrounding area. The mix of enclosed and open sleeping spaces allows your group to spread out comfortably.

Rooftop & indoor comfort
The private patio provides a peaceful vantage point over the city skyline, with outdoor furniture for quiet moments above the streets below. Inside, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and a gas indoor fireplace create a comfortable setting throughout the day. A TV and Wifi support relaxed evenings, while the dedicated workspace in a room with a door makes it easy to focus when needed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, JennAir stainless steel oven, coffee maker: Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and a mini fridge. A dining setup and spacious island make it easy to gather over meals or casual conversation.

You’ll have access to Free washer - In unit and Free dryer - In unit, along with essentials for a comfortable stay. The home also includes a Pack ’n play/Travel crib - available upon request, board games, and standard home safety features. Long term stays allowed, making it suitable for extended visits.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Here’s a polished review you can post:⸻ (should really be 10 stars!)This Atlanta property exceeded every expectation — if 10 stars were possible, I’d give it without hesitation. The home is absolutely fantastic, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with so many cozy nooks and spacious gathering areas for the whole family. Everyone had a spot to come together and also their own space to relax.The primary bathroom is nothing short of luxurious and phenomenal — a true retreat. Both of the large bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms with walk-in closets and elegant lighting, creating a high-end, boutique-hotel feel. The kitchen is phenomenal — truly a chef’s kitchen — and made cooking (and enjoying a private chef experience!) such a highlight of our stay.The building itself is stunning, and the location is unbeatable — walking distance to the Mercedes-Benz Center, and just minutes from Morehouse and Spelman. On top of it all, the hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with — gracious, helpful, and so accommodating in making sure our family was taken care of at every step.We would recommend this property again and again. It’s one of those rare finds that makes you feel both at home and completely spoiled at the same time!

Stunning

When looking at the pictures on the Vrbo website, I was curious to see, if the penthouse, actually was represented well in the pictures. The pictures don’t do it justice. The penthouse was absolutely stunning, with detail to comfort, decor and artwork. It was more than my family and I had expected Walking down the entry hall, seeing the artwork, brought you a sense of exploration of past days, yet a heartwarming feeling.The loft is in the heart of Atlanta, in close proximity to restaurants, the airport, and the aquarium. We felt safe with the security measures needed to enter the building and loft. Ryan, the host was very accommodating and responded quickly when called and texted. I would definitely recommend this penthouse in this area of town to anyone looking to stay in a stunning area of town with restaurants right around the corner and access to places people, and parts of Georgia’s history. I will definitely visit again and again
