Appearance:The home was generally clean upon arrival. The floors and countertops were very clean, and the beds were neatly made with fresh, clean sheets and towels, which I appreciated. However, there were some noticeable maintenance concerns that took away from the overall experience. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, which raised concerns about ventilation, as the space did not seem to be properly ventilated. In addition, there was a hole in the living room ceiling that appeared to have been left unrepaired. The exterior could also use some attention, as the grass was very overgrown, which made the property feel a bit neglected upon arrival.Neighborhood:The neighborhood itself was okay and felt relatively convenient, especially for access to downtown and nearby attractions like Mercedes-Benz Stadium. That said, the overall experience was impacted by noise. Neighbors had a loud party that went on until the early morning hours, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the driveway may be challenging if you drive a low-profile vehicle. My car scraped due to the steep or uneven entry, so that’s something to keep in mind depending on your vehicle.Overall:Overall, the property feels quite dated and appears to have been divided into multiple apartment-style units. The floors throughout the home are uneven, which adds to that older, somewhat worn-down feel. While the location is a plus I would not book again.
