GRILL:
You are free to utilize the grill available but please be advised there is a cleaning charge of $45 if not cleaned upon checkout.

CAMERAS: There are 2 Security Cameras (facing out) on the front and rear doors.

Late Checkout after 10am - $25 per hour for first 4 hours, $100 per hour after 2pm. You are welcome to request early or late checkout ahead of time without charge, and we can check with our guest schedule to accommodate accordingly.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
