House keeping doesn't clean bathrooms well for guest that's checking in and I am a manager For Touch Point this is un accepted when a guest asked for cleaning linen it should be done! Not at the time of checking out after 3 days of staying at a place!

The property was nice however the staff was rude also there was about 50 kids running around and even dancing in the bar area. I tried to get drinks to escape children but they were allowed in the bar. The bartender and restaurant host started arguing about who would help the customers. The Ac Unit in my room made a noise 24/7 and the staff was non responsive. The remote to the tvs doesn’t work you had to manually get up and turn the channel. Bar closed at 10 however the bar tender closed at 940 she started yelling that’s it I’m closed not getting anything else. I never been treated so bad in my life at a hotel

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and interactive. They are hands on with helping their guests and are swift and efficient. I enjoyed my stay and will be returning !

As usual Embassy suites has wonderful breakfast and drinks at night. Unfortunately, the room was musty with bit of mold in places. The pool was completely dirty.

I’ve checked out from April 1st and still my card is on hold. Called the hotel numerous of times and still unable to get the hold released. The customer service is poor. When checking out the lady said oh just drop the card in the box. Never took my card to release the hold. Had to fight with my bank to get my own money back.

They changed us 3 times from rooms due that people smoke even if the hotel is a non smoking hotel. Hotel doesn’t confront the people that smoke.

Where do I start, There was one very rude and unprofessional front desk employee that greeted us when we arrived. Ask for connecting rooms after the trip was booked. I was told on the phone this was done two week before we traveled when we arrived we were told it was done again. We put our name and phone on a list for early check in, I believe i was called but the phone rang twice and no message was left. When we did check in no connecting room was booked and we were told they were sold out. Conditions: Chairs in dinning room are way to low and to soft. Freezer in room full of ice and did not get very cold, Noticed mold around the shower walls. The gap between the floor and the room door is very large we had to put a towels on the floor to keep the light ,cold air and noise out. Parking: we were told parking would be $ 20 or 23 dollars a day plus tax which was shock we are Hilton owners why are we paying for parking at any Hilton property. Trying to get out parking lot was a disaster you have push the call button and wait for the front desk to push the button to let you out. We had to get out the car and walk back to front desk and tell them to push the button several times. I would not stay at this location again.

Unfortunately, the pull out bed in my room was broken. My daughter and I had to move to another room at 12:30am. Also, she ordered food from the bar and they were not able to fulfill the order. She asked for a refund and was told the manager was not there at the moment and to come back the next morning. When I went to the desk I was told that the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday. I flew back home on Sunday. There needs to be a better way to be able to accommodate the customer. The night staff could use a lil more customer service etiquette.

The room was dirty. The bed sheets on the sofa bed were not washed and had old raisins and crumbs on them. The property, inside and out reeked of weed.

It was very nice and quiet. It was close to the airport. Happy hour and light snacks added a great touch to the amenities.

We made a reservation through Expedia for 4 days. When we arrived, the employee at the front desk said that we were in the computer with a reservation for 4 days but they didn’t have a room as they were oversold. The employee said she would be right back and went into a back room. Returned an hour later and said they weren’t going to honor our reservation as others continued to check in while we were denied a room. Save yourself some time.. book with someone else

We booked a double queen room. We got a king. We waited in line for checking in for 30 minutes. We waited in line for cocktails for 30 minutes. We asked about their dinner menu. They said we have to order at the bar, again, with at least a 30 minute wait in line Worst service ever. 1 bartender. I will never book another Embassy Suites room again. Super overpriced. Poor value.
