Central to Atlanta's 70's art scene, and 50 years later, the heart of the vibrant Historic Midtown Garden District. Only 3 blocks to Piedmont Park, the BeltLine, Starbucks and Trader Joe's; 8 blocks to upscale retail and restaurants along iconic Peachtree Street and the new Ponce City Market; and 12 blocks to public transit on MARTA and to the causal dining and retail in the Virginia Highlands. The ARTastic® Midtown House is fully furnished (inside and out), and has a modern world traveler style decor that is appealing to all. The ARTastic® Midtown House is perfect for entertaining family and guests in a unique outdoor private courtyard (the Artist Courtyard) with a solid Stone Mountain granite 7 to 8 foot wall built by the local Artist who once lived in the House. The Artist's designs and architectural details are still present throughout the Courtyard and House. The ARTastic® Midtown House includes beautifully finished hardwood and stone tiled floors, and graceful 9 foot ceilings. We can comfortably sleep 8 guests in 4 beds in our 4 guest rooms (the Provence, Tuscany, Shanghai, and Artist Rooms) and 2 full bathrooms (Wine Country and Artist Baths). We can also sleep up to 2-3 younger guests in our Travelers Room on our Queen size sleeper sofa, Queen size futon, and small child size futon. For families traveling with a baby, infant, or toddler, the Provence Room includes a Babyletto Modo 3-in-1 convertible crib. Each guest room is decorated with original art from the region or city the respective room derives its name from.

Entertain your family and friends year-round under our outdoor 20+ foot high-ceiling patio area including a ceiling fan, bar, and outdoor dining table with seating for 8-10 guests. Outdoor patio string lighting, low emission Solo Bonfire 2.0 fire pit, outdoor heaters, and cushioned dining and lounging furniture sets make the Artist Courtyard a unique enjoyable space into the evening. Use our brand new Yeti 45 cooler for your patio entertainment, or walk it to Piedmont Park for the afternoon and stay for a free concert (check out the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra's free Piedmont Park concert schedule during the summer months). Cook on our Atlanta original Large Big Green Egg® hardwood charcoal Smoker Grill and RecTeq® Bullseye Pellet Smoker Grill, Weber® Kettle charcoal grill, and RecTeq® Matador propane grill. Once your group is finished entertaining outdoors, head inside from the Artist Courtyard directly to the Travelers Room. The Travelers Room has lots of comfortable living room furnishings by a decorative candle-lit fireplace and includes modern CB2 furniture, barn wood coffee table, and Tiffany-style torch lighting. Enjoy the luxury of the adjacent Napa-Sonoma Room featuring our beautiful CB2 farm house acacia dining table with adjustable 8 pendant lamp overhead mood lighting, matching bench, and dine-in seating for 8-10 guests. Enjoy playing chess or reading in the Artist Nook, a bonus seating area in the Napa-Sonoma Room, with huge daylight bay windows. Adjacent to the Napa-Sonoma Room, our Chef's Kitchen will please cooks and caterers alike with professional-grade stainless steel cookware, modern appliances and utensils, and a full complement of wine/martini/cocktail glassware. For your morning enjoyment, brew a fresh cup of Keurig-made Starbucks coffee during your stay, or use our Nespresso maker for a premium Starbucks espresso, while selecting one of our city collection coffee mugs to sip from and relax with. On the other side of the Chef's Kitchen, our spacious Atlanta Sunrise Breakfast Room features a unique butcher block table with farmhouse cane chair seating for 6-8 guests. We also have a Norwegian hardwood drop leaf table in the Atlanta Sunrise Breakfast Room for additional guest seating.

During your stay, our portable Sonos Move streaming Bluetooth speaker can fill the House with music of all genres. Watch TV on our brand new 55 inch (4K UHD) LED TV in the Travelers Room and 32 inch LED TVs in each guest room. Vacation and business travelers will also enjoy our upgraded high speed (2Gig) streaming quality internet and Wifi access throughout the House. For all of our guests' enjoyment, including our younger guests, we have a collection of traditional games including checkers, Sternhalma (popularly known as Chinese checkers), backgammon, Jenga, chess, dominos, Go, and several decks of playing cards, as well as a variety of traveler guides and map books from our world expeditions.

Our separate Midtown ARTastic® Space unit is separate from the main ARTastic® Midtown House, and has a separate entrance from the House. The Midtown ARTastic® Space unit is occupied on occasion so please don’t be alarmed if you see someone walking along the side of the House to access the unit behind the House.*****
