Sadly, this property was staged nicely for pictures, but was very deceptive. I feel compelled to share so others don’t get duped. The description doesn’t mention the somewhat steep, narrow, uneven walkway down to the back of building, so anyone with mobility issues would have a difficult time. The entrance to the property is dark, there was trash and debris on the patio and off the edge of the patio, and screen for the screen door was torn in many places. Inside, I found peeling paint in the bathroom and dirty floors in the kitchen by the trash can. The wall sconces in the living area had no bulbs and the ones in the bedroom didn’t work properly. They had special bulbs to work with a remote, but only one came on and the remote didn’t work. The bathroom sink has a very slow drain, the trash can lid only opens halfway & doesn’t close. The bathroom looks nice in pictures but doesn’t function well. The vinyl privacy film on the window was not measured properly, so it was applied in multiple pieces & there’s still one corner of space about the width and height of a brick that is uncovered. The shower sprays out onto the floor creating a slip hazard. The washer/dryer & hair dryer listed were non existent, & the iron had no bottom on it so all the wiring was exposed. When I plugged it into the wall, the outlet plate fell off. The ironing board was one of the small dorm-sized ones. You can hear every move someone makes upstairs, even snoring. I can’t recommend this listing.
