Golf Course Cottage by Kennesaw State

Kennesaw State University is a 4-minute drive and Pinetree Country Club a 4-minute walk: this single-story 1960s cottage backs straight onto the golf course, so the day starts with coffee on the covered patio and a green view.

Inside, the original vintage furnishings are kept in immaculate condition. The living room has a Smart TV, and a dedicated workspace keeps a work call quiet. Wi-Fi runs through the home.

The 3 bedrooms sleep 6: a queen bed with a Smart TV in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third. Both full bathrooms have a tub and shower, and fresh towels and starter amenities are ready.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with coffee, tea, creamer and spices, plenty of prep space and a dining area for dinners at home on a longer stay.

Out back, the partially fenced yard meets the golf course. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a 36-minute drive and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport 48 minutes. Parking is easy with 2 covered carport spaces and 2 more on the driveway.

★★ Up to 2 house-trained pets under 40 lbs are allowed (must be crated when left alone for more than 2 hours, no pets on furniture or bedding, and owners must clean up after their pets). A $300 fee applies for excessive pet hair. ★★

★★ No smoking or vaping on the property. A $250 fee applies for smoke remediation. ★★

★★ No parties or unauthorized guests. ★★

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

For longer stays (30+ days), we may require a background check and signed Lease Agreement.

Our home is professionally cleaned, well-maintained, and receives regular preventative pest control. However, due to Georgia’s climate—especially during the warm and humid summer months—an occasional outdoor bug may still find its way inside. The occasional presence of a common outdoor insect does not indicate an infestation or cleanliness issue and, by itself, is not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
