The place was clean and has many modern touches. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms were excellent for our large group. The area is a mix of newer builds and older homes, and has lots of foot traffic and other rentals. It is a very close drive to the Falcons stadium the Georgia Aquarium, and the Coca-Cola factory, but we would recommend driving over walking, especially at night. Overall, it was a very nice stay for our large group of 9!

Nice House, conveniently located

I liked the house and what it offered inside. it suited me and my parents well for our stay. upstairs and downstairs rooms were a plus. and I liked the back deck.

Great Location

Perfect location to be near Mercedes Stadium. And our second year at this house. Comfortable beds and open kitchen makes family time amazing.

Great Proximity. Great Host. Decent house.

Overall, it got the job done and we enjoyed our stay at the property. I would book again, with the right group. Area: It was close to the Mercedes Benz Stadium which was convenient and a short drive to a bunch of other places we enjoy. There are many short-term rentals in this area that are being built up from houses that needed a little love and I believe this area will continue to improve in the coming years as you see more of this. At no point did my family or I feel unsafe though in general the neighborhood isn't that visually appealing. House: The house was as it appeared to be on the website. Most members of my party enjoyed the space with a few minor complaints. None of the complaints were really a big deal for my particular party, but I will list them as maybe they would be relevant to others. There is not a TV in every bedroom. The only two TVs in the house are in the master bedroom and the living area and I don't believe they have cable tv at the property. Also, in terms of things noticeably absent, there was no oven. At first glance it appears to be a full kitchen but then you realize there is no oven. The walls are a little thin. Noises from other parts of the house can definitely be heard in other rooms. Lastly, the house looks very nice but overall as you spend time inside it you get the feeling the renovation was rushed. Host: The host was great and very responsive. I had a minor issue when I first arrived, and the host was quick to try to rectify it.

Need to get the right information for the door codes. Easy walk but MORE THAN ONE BLOCK from the Benz. We had to walk to vine city marta then across the Northside. Still extremely convenient. Backyard needs work, mosquitoes were rampant. Overall- exactly what we wanted despite the extra exercise and small hiccups.

Great Location/beautiful home

The house was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great location, walking distance to Mercedes stadium. Just needs a iron and ironing board. :) Will definitely be back. Felt like home away from home.
