My experience with this place was terrible. The first day we got there we walked in to leaking floors, no hot water, a mildew smell, no heat and roaches. We stayed for 5 days and only had hot water once. The bedrooms were freezing cold because the heat was not working. Ray came over twice to so called fix the problems but nothing ever got fixed. One day he just pooped up with no notice then promised to return the next day but we never heard from him the remainder of the stay. We woke up to puddles of water on the floor every day in one of the bedrooms. The only thing Ray provided us to fix the problem were towels to put on the floor and they were soaked every morning. We had to go buy candles to try to get rid of the mildew smell. I was promised to receive a refund for one night which I still have not received.I have proof of that promise in a text that I had to send to me. I reached out to Roy once I returned home and he never responded. The shower rod fell on my friend's head because it was not placed securely. It was something crawling around in the attic and we could hear it at night. Sound like it was trying to get out. I have videos of the wet floors and the roaches. They were crawling on the walls and floors and one even crawled on my friend. This was the worst experience I ever had. I would never stay at any of his properties again.

The home smelled like pot smoke, beds were not comfortable, bathrooms were not stocked as described (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels limited or non existent), shower in main bedroom didn't have a way to turn it on, the washing machine did not have hot water, the dryer screeched. Overall, dingy place.

The home was in a quiet and cute neighborhood. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The house is located close to Six Flags for a fun family night.

Nice location close to six flags,

Property was great and had enough room for family. It was a close drive to six flags, aquarium, and Braves game. Publix and Walmart are within minutey. Only downside was the property smelled like cigarettes, which I am not a fan of smelling.

2024 Family Vacation

We werent thrilled that the beds were on cement bricks, our last night of stay we finally found the remote for the bedroom under the bed. I would suggest having the cleaning crew to sweep under the beds and behind the dressers. Nice area very quiet and i would suggest installing tvs in all the bedrooms. New cookware set and sharp knife set. Dryer was loud and the patio area could stand a sweeping. If possible have a grill available.

Great Place to Stay

Area was very clean, host was communicative and available (although we did not have any issues), A/C worked, plenty of hot water for 3 peoppe to all shower in the morning. Only comment was that there was no shower liner in the master bath but it wasn't a big deal for us to just rotate the showers through the other bathroom.

Property was close to Downtown Atlanta and to stores and restaurants. Some items need a little TLC. Neighbors park a lot of autos in the street to the house.

Perfect weekend

Home is not what was expected

Not very happy with the condition of the home including the heating cooling system, need to be cleaned, Kitchen needs work, doors don't shut properly, no well stocked with kitchen utensils, no toaster, broken dishwasher, noisy washer/dryer, no doors on closet in kitchen, broken tiles in bathroom, poor lighting in master bed, backyard not cleaned, odd 3rd bedroom, cabinets in kitchen falling apart, baseboard missing under sick in kitchen, front door lock doesn't work well, defiantly felt out of place in the neighborhood, stove needs replacement, fan above stove not working, parts missing, counters are tough looking, couldn't control HVAC system, looks like place was just painted over all the mistakes or problems, old audio equipment mounted in wall.

It could be the best but..

Great location, near all you may need and easy access to the house. We have a few suggestions that could take your property to the next level. We were welcome by a big size roach in the kitchen. House looks clean when you walk in but its not quite dusty. Towels smelled so bad, like they haven't been washed for a while. The kitchen pots had broken handles, no lids for the pots, very limited amount of cups, plates and utensils. House has so much potential but needs some care.

Nice home for the money

We were there for only 2 nights for the 2023 jazz festival in Atlanta. The home was nice. Nicely decorated and very clean. Everything worked but the plugs; Loose sockets. Would have been nice if there were blankets and more pillows. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but adequate. Needs to fix up the back yard. We would probably go back to stay. Price is very good.
