“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”

“I stayed here for a few nights and added an additional night. Overall, the stay was great. When I checked in, the mini fridge was not clean and had food from a previous guest. Once I told the front desk, they immediately made it right and got it cleaned for me. So, no complaints and I will definitely stay here again in the future. ”
