The neighborhood is rich in history: the streets and buildings were shaped by the railway and Atlanta’s first horse-drawn trolley line, and Castleberry Hill supported much of Atlanta’s post-Civil War growth. Recognized on the National Register of Historic Places and Atlanta’s eighth Landmark District, the area represents the most complete surviving warehouse district in the city.

Guests can enter the building through the front entry or rear garage doors, each equipped with a smart keypad. You’ll receive a unique code that works on all exterior doors, including the garage, and a separate auto-generated code for your condo unit, valid for the entire duration of your stay. Access is managed through Point Central Software for a secure and seamless experience.

The space
This Castleberry Hill loft accommodates up to 6 guests and is arranged across 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite full bath, while the second bedroom is a semi-private bonus sleeping space with an attached half bath and no door. Sleeping arrangements include 3 beds as listed. The layout balances openness with separation, making it well-suited for couples, friends, or small groups who value shared time with room to unwind.
Throughout the home, reclaimed flooring, custom brick and tile accents, and carefully chosen furnishings create a cohesive, lived-in feel. Central air conditioning and heating keep the loft comfortable during Atlanta’s cooler months, and ceiling fans add gentle air movement year-round.

The kitchen is designed as a true gathering space, with an open layout, center island, and professional-grade appliances. Whether you are preparing a simple breakfast before heading out or settling in for a relaxed evening meal, the kitchen and dining area support everyday routines without fuss. A dining table anchors the space, and the living area invites you to settle in with a comfortable sofa and TV.
Building & shared spaces
The building offers elevator access and secure, smart-lock self check-in. A shared rooftop lounge provides expansive city views and a place to pause between outings, while other shared outdoor areas include a patio or balcony and an electric BBQ grill. Parking is straightforward with one free garage space on the premises, along with free street parking nearby.
Practical comforts
In-unit laundry, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace make longer stays easy to manage. Bathroom essentials are provided, and optional housekeeping is available at an additional cost. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas and building entry points, with none inside the condo.

The Otis is more than just another Atlanta building. Located in the neighborhoods main entertainment corridor, It’s a new living space that offers a mix of history and modern style, all thanks to the special touch of one of the community’s former residents — designer turned television star Ty Pennington. Pennington, an ATL native and graduate of Atlanta College of Art, is best known for his work on the original Trading Spaces and ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Almost every piece of artwork in The Otis – not only in the spaces but also inside the gallery (which is the common areas) – is custom work by Ty Pennington. The Otis is named for an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site. The preserved façade still carries the company’s logo.

Parking: The rental includes one space in the covered and secured garage. The garage has a 7' height restriction. Free public parking is available in front and behind the building. Extra parking spaces can be purchased by request by request, if available.
