I booked this property and never heard from the property manager. I called and the phone was disconnected and i also reached out though the app and got no response. I had to contact customer service to get my refund.

My opinion the house was a nice set up but not clean. Oven very dirty, carpet stained, door knob broken, very weak/broken beds in rooms, no access to park vehicle in garage, both trash bins over full when we arrived and we had to wait for trash pick up to place our trash inside, and lastly Air Condition stopped working second day in the home. Owner promise to send someone out and that someone never showed up. My Family and I suffered with 86 degrees inside this home Tuesday thru Friday morning. Owner never cared about us she just after making her money. I texted her several times and she never responded. I took pictures upon arrival of this uncleaned house. Unfair stay the entire time my son suffered a nose bleed due to over heat in this home. We stayed out of the home more than we could stay in the home. I even sent pictures to the owner so I will not be charged a fee for someone’s else’s trash. I wish I could get a refund and I wish I would have seen previous reviews before I made my family stay here. Don’t stay here please look elsewhere.

So our story is a little different then most at least I hope so. Which I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this situation. We were supposed to fly into Atlanta a Thursday night to check into our VRBO. Our flight got canceled out of Philadelphia. We reached out to the host. No response. We booked another flight and later it got cancelled. We reached out to the host. No response. We reached out to VRBO letting them know our situation and could they do something. They attempted to reach out to the host. No response. We continued to reach out to the host. We later got a response. We discussed our unique situation in which we are trying to find a flight to Atlanta but they are canceling our flights. Now this is Saturday and we try to find another flight. This one gets canceled as well. I had a event on that Saturday. It was a childrens book tour event. VRBO explained to us the they could not help us based off the policy. Again the situation was completely out of our hands. We explained, begged and showed numerous amounts of proof that us not getting down to Atlanta was completely out of our hands and what VRBO stated to us. We went back and forth with the host who was being extremely rude, unforgiving and completely not understanding our situation. The host made out countless lies stating that her phone was broken, she didn’t receive the calls, text messages or emails from VRBO or ourselves. She continuously stated that it was the policy after finally getting in contact with her. She didn’t care about our situation. No sympathy in the least bit. She was very sarcastic in answering our questions. Throughout the entire process no codes or gates instructions were given to us to enter into our property once we arrived if we and when we did. I would not suggest renting from this host. This is a unfortunate situation that someone with an ounce of compassion, empathy and humanity would do what was right. We never stayed at the property. Wasted what was supposed to be a business trip. Definitely sucks. Just hope people read this a know that we would wish this on anyone. From getting your flight cancelled and can’t make your business trip. Yo working with a host like this one that is rude, shows no compassion and is completely sarcastic to the severity of these unforeseen life events that happen!

We stayed only one night because the AC had went out before we arrived . The property management did let us know but had said they had put 2 units and fans in the house. When we arrived it was too hot still and uncomfortable to stay in the house. With little notice to find another place we spent the night & left early the following morning to check into the house. The trash outside was overflowing which was stinky and the two twin beds were not staying on the frame which my son had to move the mattress to the floor to sleep on. There was a couple of extra fans which one was really dirty my oldest son cleaned it hoping it would run better. I've reached out to the property management through email and text to get a refund we and haven't heard anything back yet. The house could be a really nice place with the right maintenance.
