❂ Towel Policy: Pool towels are provided for hot tub use. Indoor white towels must not be taken outside or used in the hot tub.

❂ Game Room Climate Control: The converted garage game room features its own heater and AC unit for comfort year-round.

❂ Converted Garage: The garage has been fully transformed into a dedicated game room designed for fun and relaxation.

❂ Pet fee: Please note that there is a pet fee of $40 per night for guests bringing pets. This fee helps cover additional cleaning and maintenance to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Beautiful house with great hosts. Helped out with my booking when there was issues (user error on my end). Hot tub, game room, beautifully furnished, plenty of space indoors and outside!
