Guest will have access to the entire basement apartment which has its own private entrance.

My wife and I live in the main unit of the house. We also have a wonderful property manager (Michael) that helps us manage our home.

Edgewood neighborhood. Close to Little Five Points, Beltline, Inman Park, EAV, Grant Park, and Krog Street Market.

Our home is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station. Our home is a great place to stay if you don't plan on having a car during your stay in Atlanta because of how close we are to the nearest MARTA Stations.

The Edgewood Shopping Center is one block away where you will find just about everything you need including grocery store, restaurants, Lowes, Target, Best Buys, pharmacies, and many other retail options.

This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Once the pre-authorization is successfully processed, we will send check-in instructions to the phone number associated with your VRBO account.
City of Atlanta Short Term Rental Operating License Rules

1. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131). Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.

2. The maximum occupancy of this short-term rental unit is 2 adults per bedroom.

3. __0__parking spaces are available at this property. Do not park on lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys, or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing.

4. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.

5. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.

6. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $300 smoking fee

7. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.

8. Please remove makeup before getting in the beds to avoid staining the linens.

9. Guests must provide an unaltered copy of their Driver's License or Passport to host through Airbnb message thread within 24 hours after booking so we can independently confirm your identity and finalize your reservation.

10. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges an additional $100 if they have to clean glitter or confetti.

11. Our cleaning team charges a $350 biohazard cleaning fee if they have to clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
