Did not get check in instructions until a few hours before check in after I messaged twice. When we arrived, which admittedly was late at night, the power was out though the neighbors had power. There was a musty smell that I imagine was due to the AC not functioning. The bed had not been made, the sheets were dirty, there were two dirty towels on the bathroom floor, there was a mystery blue liquid also on the bathroom floor, and the trash had not been taken out. We could not stay in a dirty place with no power to plug in my CPAP or run AC in Atlanta weather. I attempted to contact the host but due to it being pretty late I did not get a response, though it is now several days later and still have not heard anything from them. Attempting to get refund from VRBO.
