Out of the many short-term rentals I’ve stayed at, this was the most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever had, and I typically stay at lower cost places, like this one, so I think my comparison is fair. I could hear the home occupants over my head clearly enough to follow their arguments.There was mold in the coffee machine when I checked in. Gnats and other flying bugs were common. There were no hand towels, kitchen towels, or even paper towels. There was no hand soap at either the bathroom or kitchen sink. There wasn’t any kind of a large bowl for popcorn or chips. The wifi info in the app was incorrect, though the wifi info in the checkin email was correct. The door keypad was difficult to see and use because of the angle and because it only unlocks for about two seconds. There was no lamp in the bedroom, only the very bright overhead light with a remote. The sectional pieces were not connected, which made it feel rather unstable.
