Located in Marietta, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. With 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 king bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property features AC, heating, an iron, and a hair dryer for convenience. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and shower. We think our place will help you experience everything Marietta has to offer. We kindly ask all guests to read these rules carefully before booking. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone on the property. Please note that the basement level of this home is separated, and it is essential that quiet hours and all other rules are observed throughout your stay.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• During this period, no noise, loud conversations, or music are permitted.
• Televisions may remain on, but volume must not exceed level 7 on the device’s scale.
• Stereo systems may not be used during quiet hours.
• Dishwashers, washer and dryer should not be operated between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Please refrain from using the air hockey table or arcade games during these times.

Gatherings and Conduct
• Intimate gatherings or small celebrations with moderate music and conversation are permitted only until 9:00 PM, when quiet hours begin.
• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• Please avoid high-impact activities such as jumping or running, as these may disturb the tenants below.

Property Access
• This property consists of two separate and independent units — the main house (this listing) and a basement apartment (not included in this rental).
• Guests must use only the main house entrance, as shown in the listing photos.
• The driveway and garage associated with the main house are available for guest use.
• While the house address is on Wenatchee Street, the main entrance is located on Yakuta Drive.

Yes, very much so. The back bedroom, Master was really cold, but once in bed, no problem. The updates so far are really great, like in the bathrooms. Lots of space in the kitchen and living room and the game table was great.Still needs more updates, but I'm sure that the owner is working on that. It was very comfortable and everyone had their own bed.
