Pas eu acces au chariot pour mes valises à mon arrivée. Personne pour me proposer. Le tapis de ma chambre pres du mur mouillé. J’ai été surprise du prix du taxi plus cher qu’hier de 10$. J’en ai fait part au chauffeur . Il a mal interprété ma remarque sur la grosseur de sa voiture et à été désagréable avec moi. Ce n’est pas professionnel, même si la remarque deplait. Cela m’a laissé une très mauvaise impression. Dommage!

Price was good. I let the front desk know that there was no shower curtain in the room, nor any toilet paper. The pool was not working, and we're I thought there was a complimentary lite breakfast - I didn't want to order for the next door restaurant. so, some amenities not available. I showered without the curtain, cause I was tired, and already in the shower, and I was already on the toilet.

The property was obviously older with llittle attention to upgrades. The room temp was difficult to regulate. The gate that was supposed to imit entry was always open even though I was to be charged for parking and going in and out. The front desk was courteous and professional. The rest was out of their control.

Muy buen hotel con agradables amenidades por si te llegas a quedarte una noche para esperar la conexión de tu otro vuelo que llegue a salir al otro día. El restaurante que tienen a la mano y cercano es el restaurante The Burger Place, muy buenas hamburguesas y ensaladas, cuentan con refill en algunas bebidas. Cuentan con shuttle service del aeropuerto doméstico hacia el hotel y viceversa de forma gratuita. Las salidas son cada 30 minutos. Nota: para trasladarse al aeropuerto internacional hay que tomar otro shuttle dentro del aeropuerto doméstico para que te trasladen al aeropuerto internacional sin costo.

The Burger Place inside the hotel is good enough and stays open late. Also provides breakfast. Sadly one member of staff was abrupt as she had just started her shift despite us trying to be friendly. The corridors on our floor were suffocatingly warm for some strange reason. The room was okay, standard for the price but the outer door frame looked rusted, suggesting there had been flooding in the past? Not a deal breaker, but when Housekeeping knocked on our door, despite a "do not disturb sign" certainly was! We had a long flight ahead of us, so were not pleased!!!

Property canceled my hotel room although it was paid for a week in advance. More than likely to make more money off of the airline. The airline provided vouchers for travelers to this hotel room after waiting over 20 minutes online with my 65 year old mother. I was told they had no rooms available. I would have to call for a refund to expedia. I was attending a funeral so i was able to find a place to stay but they did the same thing to about 6 other people and they were stranded. They ended up shuttling to the airport to sleep there. Extremely unethical practices and im still waiting on my money.

The room was dank and warm. We kept turning the AC up but never really got cool. When you walked into the room you could smell this kind of mildewy smell. We were only staying there for less than 12 hours until we went to the airport but for the price I expected more.

Hotel staff rude, bar expensive. Room was clean but maintenance had to come put on new toilet seat it was broken when I arrived and almost fell in floor when I sat down to pee. Housekeeping should have informed maintenance before my arrival. Took half an hour to fix.
