This is a split level home with a basement apartment that will possibly be rented by another guest during your stay.

The upper level of the home that you will be booking has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 20 people. Come have a comfortable stay in your home away from home.

What is stated regarding the number of people this place can sleep is based on 2 people sleeping on each queen size bed, 2 people sleeping on each full-size bed, and 1 person sleeping on each twin size bed. If this is not how your group intends to use the beds, then this house will sleep less people, than what is stated on the listing. As stated above, the basement level of the home may be rented by another guest during your stay, and if it is then the laundry room on the property will be shared. You will have a private entrance to the laundry room from the inside of the home and if someone is renting the basement, they will have access to the laundry room from an outside private entrance to the laundry room.
