An Unforuntate Stay
Unfortunately this was the worst stay and experience I or my guest have ever had. It took almost 2 hours to get into the home because the mechanism they used did not work. The listing stated there was a king size bed as well as a microwave and neither were present. The outside trash can and recycling ben were full. We were only given one trash bag for a 4 day stay that included 8 people. The linen on the bed had stains and I found two pieces of hair on two pillows. The home in general was not what the pictures displayed. Filters had to be used when the pictures were taken. The grill was dirty and there was a walking hazard walking out to the deck from inside. We found linen in the garage in bags, which was concerning. It was clear that they took old future and put it in the house and, because it was either warped or broken. The dishwasher was full from the last tenants and the dish towel used previously was unwashed and balled up in the bottom of the sink cabinet. There was a serious lack of supplies and the air fryer, left in place of a microwave, did not look like it should be used. The rug in the living room, where there was the only tv in the whole house, was very dirty and should be replaced. Overall the space utilization and decorations were nothing to phone home about. However, this was the least of the issues.
