Monolocale privato a 5 stelle con angolo cottura. Questo è un monolocale con 1 armadio e 1 bagno. Ha un patio privato con un tavolo all'aperto e due sedie. Abbiamo aggiunto un nuovissimo letto matrimoniale. A disposizione vialetto separato e parcheggio fuori strada. È consentito fumare nel patio. Situato a soli 4 km dal cuore del centro di Atlanta, dove gli ospiti possono trovare lo Mercedes Benz Stadium (Superbowl 2019), la State Farm Arena, il Georgia World Congress Center, l'AmericasMart, il Georgia Aquarium.

Questo è un appartamento monolocale nuovo, separato dalla casa principale, pulito e autonomo. L'appartamento monolocale condivide il cortile con la casa principale. È completamente privato ed è dietro una recinzione con due cancelli d'ingresso e due porte d'ingresso aggiuntive. È uno spazio molto tranquillo. Summer Vacation

My partner and I stayed here for a trip to Atlanta and loved it! Very convenient and nice location with lots of good places to eat close by. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We had a great time and would definitely stay again in the future (:

Wonderful little setup

Had everything listed. Cute room for the weekend. Only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get to see their puppers! Appreciated the cokes and treats they left us. It truly was a great weekend getaway.

Such a great experience staying here!! The location is in such a nice neighborhood and only about a 25 min walk to the coolest spots in the East Atlanta Village! The hosts had a guest book with recommendations from other people who have stayed there which was so helpful when deciding where to eat. EAV has amazing late night spots for food/games/drinks and anything else you can imagine. Could not recommend staying here enough!

Great Stay...

I enjoyed my stay! I was worried at first that there wouldn't be any natural light, but the studio has two windows that provided all the natural light I needed. The owners communicated well, the check-in process was easy. Although I was provided with off-street parking, which was great, there was plenty of street parking outside the gate. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to I20. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Atlanta getaway

This was a great property for a quickie visit to Atlanta. It is a charming little studio in a quiet neighborhood near central Atlanta. It was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were easy to contact and provided excellent instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we find ourselves headed back to Atlanta.

Amazing stay!

This property was a perfect spot for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary. The location was close to downtown Atlanta, but not too close that it was busy! There were great amenities from the patio space, to the kitchenette, and even the comfortable bed! We are very grateful and would definitely come back here for a future trip to Atlanta!

Clean and convenient

This property is clean and tidy with a simple check-in process. It’s convenient to the East Atlanta/Decatur area and has transit access a short distance away if you need to get around more of the city. Hosts are communicative and pleasant.

Cute and cozy!

We enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Private with our own private patio. The neighborhood was also nice. Easy to get around to various locations.

Would recommend

This was a great, affordable option rather than paying for a hotel downtown. Property manager was communicative. Only thing to be wary about is the property does have a garden and during this time of year, the bees were a disturbance while coming and going from the property.

Wonderful Space

Love love loved it here. Close to everything if you want to explore around Atlanta. Hosts were awesome, you don’t see them but they’re there if you need them. Will definitely book there again.

We were visiting the Atlana area to consider the possibility of moving there from New Orleans. The location was perfect for our investigative travels, near and around many of the neighborhoods we wanted to check out. The room, although small, gave us exactly what we needed - a comfy bed, kitchenette and all the TV channels anyone might want. (Although we don't actually watch much TV). We'd stay there again for sure if we make another investigative trip to the area.

Quiet peaceful studio

My husband and I stayed here for a recent concert at Pullman Yards. It was close and convenient to the venue. It was in a quiet safe neighborhood. Checkin was seamless and communication was quick and easy!!

Awesome private studio!

This place was great. Cozy private studio within a meditation grotto of a yard, very relaxing vibe. Perfect location close to east Atlanta village. The bed is incredibly comfortable and everything was just great. Would definitely stay again! Loved it.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our only regret on this one night trip was that we weren't able to hang out in the backyard and enjoy all the beautiful plants! Super clean little hideaway getaway with very attentive hosts. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us!!!
