This home is a perfect get away for a group of friends, families or colleagues. The open floor plan is wonderful for socializing, cooking and eating together. The home features G o o g l e Fiber the fastest internet available on the market!
Rest on the high end beds, protected by the premium hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasings to ensure good night sleep. Sip a cup of morning coffee on the porch and catch up on old times sitting around the stone fire pit in the evening. Cook the family heirloom recipes or the perfect brownie in the upscale kitchen or bake at the outdoor wood fired pizza oven!
We do not allow smoking or vaping inside, on the porch or anywhere in the backyard. If our neighbors alert us of guests smoking outside, we will end the reservation immediately without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement cost of rugs and curtains will be charged.
We do not have a driveway. There is free street parking in front of the house. The house is up on a hill so there are a lot of steps that you will need to walk up.
This home is not accessible for some guests due to a long staircase from the street. You will need to carry your luggage up 3 sets of stairs from the street.

Midtown has it all! Walk only 5 minutes to Mary Mac's, a famous Southern restaurant. Papi's for Cuban food which is a 4 minute walk. Walk 15 minutes to Ponce City Market for endless entertainment and shopping.
We highly recommend The Lawrence which is a 13 minute walk to a fine meal. They offer highly crafted cocktails, and delicious brunch, lunch, and dinner options. Beverage and food menus change seasonally to offer fresh perspectives in partnership with local vendors.
Best location in midtown! This area is safe and close to many great eateries, paths, and parks. You can easily visit all attractions of the Atlanta. Very desirable area. You can rent a car, take an Uber or walk to many attractions: Piedmont Park, Atlanta's Central Park Music Festivals, Ponce City Market, Fox Theater just to name a few.

• The person booking must be over 25 and staying the entire time.
• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 8 adult guests. Please enter the total guest count including children and pets. Any person beyond booked guests arriving anytime will be treated as an event rental add-on that the guest agrees to pay.
EVENTS: We offer lodging guests a special hourly rate. Minimum 4 hours to have an event.
FILMING: We offer lodging guests a flat fee per day and we will point you to a filming platform to book after booking the overnight stay.
• Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in the termination without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.
• Check-in is at 4 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.
• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged for every hour past 11 am.
