Our stay was horrible. We had two rooms booked for Saturday night as a stop for a long drive home from vacation. Both rooms floors were sticky and left clean feet black. One room had mildew and the thermostat was missing from the wall. The other room had well over one hundred pill bugs and millipedes on the floor. When I reported this to the front desk they informed me there were no other rooms, and no one who could come clean it. They gave me a broom and dust pan to do it myself. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the room as well. People in the walkways were smoking weed and being loud until 3 am. Absolutely terrible experience from a brand I usually like. Would not recommend this property at all.

Wasn’t a great nights sleep. Pillows were lumpy. My hotel phone rang twice at 3am. The room was so small I had trouble finding a place to unpack my bag. Shower curtain ripped in several places. Bathroom door didn’t close without a huge friction noise where it scraped the floor. Little unidentified black flakes in my sheets. Not great.

The floor of our hotel room was gross. My son’s socks turned brown after walking around the hotel room for 10 minutes. There was also bullet hole damage in the room window. I will never stay at a Wyndham Hotel again.

I did not like that i thought i was booking a room inside the hotel building and not in an outside drive up motel room. There was no way to know online there were two different facilities. No way to know the motel clerk said. This is purposeful tricking and i will not do business with them again. As an older woman traveling with my sister we did not feel safe. This is not how a major corporation should do business.

I do not like a hotel room with the door to the outside. I asked for one on the inside of the hotel but they were all booked. I was surprised at the upgrades made. The cleanliness was not bad.

It is an older property but has been updated. It's a really good value so it worked perfect for me who was driving back up north. Clean room, breakfast etc.... just know it's a little older

Elevator smells like vomit and is barely functioning, neither ice maker worked, the climate in the room was nasty, so humid we stuck to everything. Waited 30 min to check in. Pool wasnt operational. The fridge in the room never got cooler than warm.

Very LIMITED breakfast. Food portion is given by the staff, and they give VERY LITTLE AMOUNT of it. I always book for Wyndham properties, but this one is by far my least favorite. Will probably not come back again.

We reserved a room at Wyndam Garden HOTEL. After unloading our bags in front of the nice looking hotel and waiting in line to check into our room, we were directed to leave the lobby with our suitcases and reload them into our car to drive around the back of the nice Wyndam hotel to a separate building that was an old motel building "merged" with the Wyndam. It looked like an old Howard Johnson with exterior facing doors overlooking the highway. Of course we got a room on the second floor UP the STAIRS because there is no elevator on this building. At 11 pm we opened the door to the dark room and reach in to turn on the light switch next to the door and nothing happens. I had to use the light on my phone to find a light switch. The door switch controls nothing. I am very unhappy with this room and the misleading deceitful way the rooms are being sold.

Worst experience ever!! We paid for two rooms and we didn’t even get to do the check in Lady at the front desk send me and my kids to a building behind the property I came to the front office asking her nicely if She could give me a room inside the building she was super rude and didn’t want to help!!! I called expedia for a refund and they couldn’t process my refund because this lady had the audacity to lie and said that me and my family stayed there for the 3 nights !! Nasty place nothing like the pictures on expedia they are selling something is not true very dirty place pool is empty they used it to dump trash please do not book here specifically if you are traveling with kids not a safe place either !!!!

The hotel clerk at the time of arrival was not friendly, did not inform of the facility in their offerings. Here’s your key, elevator around the corner to the second floor. Room was clean, bathroom outdated but clean. Loved the location of the facility not far from anything that one might want to do or eat. Would stay again.

Amanda was awesome!! We arrived at midnight and she gave us a room for the weekend. She was very pleasant when I called to ask if they could accommodate us and once we arrived she was very helpful. The hotel was safe and clean.

Booked for location and Free Breakfast but they charge you for it. Once I saw what they offered, I left early and went some where else to have breakfast. Young male that checked me in was very nice.
