Take in breathtaking ocean views from your private patio, complete with seating for 4 and a custom hand-painted divider for privacy. The condo exudes nautical vibes with Brazilian Hardwood Cherry Floors, sea-turquoise accents, and custom frosted doors. Modern comforts include new air conditioning and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Explore the city on foot as major attractions are within a 5-minute walk, perfect for family fun.


A LITTLE ABOUT THE OWNERS
Christa grew up at the Jersey shore where her family would vacation at LBI, Avalon and now, Ocean City. She remembers all the fond memories of being buried neck down in the sand, boogie boarding with her uncles and wiping clean the ice cream man of all Chipwich ice cream sandwiches! Then she met Andre, who is now her husband and they both fell in love with Ocean City because of the fun loving environment of the town and decided, why not have the opportunity to enjoy it more frequently. Voila! Here we are welcoming you to the Breezy OC Bungalow! A time that we hope you too can enjoy with your loved ones!

-No one is allowed to rent under the age of 25, will request a drivers license at booking

What a great place and host!

This place was perfect for our small family. Great location to everything and it has a super easy parking space in a safe lot right around the corner. Check in instructions were clear and the host is super responsive. The boardwalk, beach and restaurants are all a quick 5 minute walk away. Condo has everything that you’ll need and then some! I’d definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day Stay

Pros - Great location. Just far enough off the boardwalk to be quiet at night, but close enough to walk down anytime. Newly renovated. Washer/dryer. Nice outdoor deck sitting area. Cons - 3rd floor apartment so 2 flights of fairly narrow steps. Street parking but does have offsite parking a few blocks away. Coffee table subs for dinner table.

June Stay

The property was great and in a perfect location for our family. It was a little tight with three kids but we made it work. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to prepare meals. Loved the balcony!

Great location

We came in for a friends wedding which was down the road in strathmere. The location is right by the boardwalk, the owner was very communicative and accommodating! I found Ubers were fairly easy to get as well, I would absolutely stay here again!!

Location!

Great location, close to everything - beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants. Cute apartment, nicely decorated, quiet. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions and provided everything needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

We truly enjoyed the Cozy Cottage. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. The owner was very quick to reply to an questions and seemed genuinely excited to have us as guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!

Christa was amazing and on top of everything! The location was downtown and easy walks to anywhere we wanted to go! She even made a binder full of lots of great information that was very helpful! I would definitely rent from her again!

Beautiful Condo & Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at OC. The condo is in the perfect location and can walk to boardwalk stores and restaurants. Christa was a wonderful host and quickly responded to our questions. The condo had everything we needed and more! I especially liked the balcony and sitting out in the mornings and night looking at the amazing views from the 3rd floor!
