Questa parte del Boardwalk è perfetta per una passeggiata mattutina in bicicletta o una passeggiata serale. Solo oceano e proprietà residenziale per 1/2 miglio prima di Casinò e area commerciale del lungomare.

Memorial Weekend

We had a great experience in this house. The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk was fantastic. The house is beautiful and the attention from the owners and maintenance over the weekend was an A! Would book again.

Great House in AC

Big house in great location, plenty of space for our group. Amazing front porch, we were out there chatting for hours each day. Very close to the beach and boardwalk, and it’s walkable to the casinos if you’re up for the trek. Probably the most responsive property management I’ve had at a rental (no issues, just check-in, etc.)!

Great location, lots of beds and baths

This home has lots of pros: proximity to the beach and boardwalk, lots of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, nicely decorated, fully stocked with necessities, communication with owner and property manager, and quick response to some problems that arose. Cons are the parking if you have multiple cars (1 garage space and local parking passes for 4 others but parking was hard to come by over the holiday weekend) There we’re some maintance issues not unusual for an older house but the experience would be much improved by fixing them (loose doorknobs, doors that didn’t close)

Just perfect

This house was just perfect for our family stay. We all came in for our son’s wedding and we were looking for a place to spend afterward. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room and dining rooms and kitchen were a great size for us. We have a large family and it all flowed so easily and comfortably. And being three houses from the beach was amazingly convenient with beautiful views from the porches. Sandy, the owner was so accommodating and sweet and Louie was quick to provide all of our needs. The house was accurately described and everything we wanted it to be. We are so grateful to have found it. Thank you Sandy!!

Ironman Weekend

We had a great long weekend, lots of room, ideal location seconds from the beach and a short walk to the Trop etc. would love to stay here again in the future. Host is great, amazing communication and accommodation.

Family Beach Get Away

Sandy is a wonderful and replies promptly to any questions you may have. The house is spacious and was perfect for our annual family gathering. We specifically wanted to spend time at the beach and this property is in the perfect location. We carried our chairs, umbrella and beach toys right out the front door and were on the sand in a minute or two. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. The linen service was well worth the extra fee. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of beds. You couldn’t get closer to the beach/boardwalk.

Perfect house in perfect neighborhood

A classic former boardinghouse that can sleep an entire army if needed. Quiet neighborhood, clean and safe. Front door is ten yards from the boardwalk. What can be better? We stayed here for a wedding, but we will definitely be back for long weekends and perhaps a week-long rental.

Neighbors were not friendly

The property was very spacious and very clean. My great grandad was on the porch on a Saturday night and the neighbors complained that he’s laughing too loudly.There were signs in the house that stated we cannot use the back yard. Also there were signs that said we can’t make noise after 11pm until 8am Smh I wish that was advertised in the online summary of the place because we would not have taken it.

Annual Family Vacation

Covid 19 brought much uncertainty as to whether we would even be able to get away this year. Sandy was amazing from the beginning. I had Covid concerns, she would answer my emails immediately. Thankfully we were able to go. The house was beautiful! Very clean. Great neighborhood. As a group of 12, we spent a lot of time together, on the big front porch. Plenty of room for all of us. Being so close to the beach was so nice! I would highly recommend this house and you could not ask for a better property mgr than Sandy!!! Sue B

Girls getaway!

I am my cousins MOH for her special day and this weekend was to celebrate her Bachelorette party. I was a little nervous planning this as I did not know many of the girls joining but this house worked out perfectly and all in the party really complimented it and said how amazing it was. What was even more amazing was working with Sandy! She made this planning process so much easier and stress free for me and I can HIGHLY recommend working with her! Beautiful House Next to Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The house is on the same street as the ocean, so you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. The boardwalk also comes all the way to the house, so you can walk about 20 minutes on the boardwalk and get to all the AC hot spots. The house is huge and has everything you need. The host was also very quick to reply to our questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

Girls weekend March 2019

Our weekend was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possible need. We were a group of girl friends, coming into town for the weekend to get together and to see Fleetwood Mac. Sandy was wonderful, she allowed us in early because the property was available. Accommodated us with some extra parking passes - we were coming from different areas at staggered times. She greeted us at the house to make sure everything was as expected. Offered us some extra time to check out. The house is beautifully updated and is comfy and charming. Wonderful use of space. 7 bedrooms, 1 sitting area with a queen pull out, and 3 full baths, 2 half. Large front deck, and back deck with bar. We walked down the board walk to see the St. Patrick's Day parade. It was a lovely 15 minute walk. I would not hesitate at all to come back and stay at this wonderful house. My friends feel the same way. So, the look is on for our next date and time to revisit AC and stay at this beautiful house. Thank you again Sandy.
