This second floor, spacious unit was custom built with a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, huge quartz island, and a hand crafted locally sourced farmhouse dining table with bench seating. The kitchen is 100% fully stocked should you decide to dine in!

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the lovely balcony,. It is ultimate spot for relaxing with friends, enjoying a cocktail, or just taking in the gorgeous views and weather.

Property is just 3 short short blocks to the beach and boardwalk, conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Bungalow Bowls, Starbucks, Fractured Prune, Wawa, Bennie's Breads, TA-DA, Piccini's Brick over Pizza and Sunrise Cafe are are only one to two blocks away.

Full week stays during summer months please!

Amazing shore house!

What a beautiful and comfortable shore house! Everything in the home was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was great!!! Ed & Missy were very helpful. They helped us repeatedly with questions and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is a few blocks from the shore which was only a 5-7 min walk! Many shops and restaurants close by as well! We will definitely Try and rent from them again in the future!

OC beach house

We had a great time in OC for a few days on an east coast trip with the family. The location of this house is perfect. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. The property itself was impeccable and the owners were very helpful with my of our needs. Would definitely recommend this property.

This house was beautiful, spacious, clean and in perfect distance to beach/boardwalk. Conveniently near wawa, donut store and starbucks!!! Would love to stay here again. Only downside was the stairs.

Wonderful beach home, great for kids

We had a lovely long weekend there with family, including two small children. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful kitchen and simple, tasteful decor. The couch was very comfortable and the outdoor space cannot be beat. The outdoor shower was a lifesaver to get sand off the little ones. Very short walk to the beach. We also LOVED the awesome beach cruiser bikes! We will try to come back next year for sure.

1244B Asbury Ave Ocean City NJ

1244B is a wonderful place to stay while in OC NJ. The place is newly decorated with all the modern conveniences. It has the appearance of being professionally decorated. The master bath is simply beautiful. The owner was fantastic to work with and responded within minutes. I would strongly suggest if you are looking to stay in Ocean City NJ you choose 1244B Asbury Ave.

Beautiful house, great location!

This house was beautiful and perfectly situated in OC. There was plenty of room in the house. The only 1 small flaw was the size of the outdoor deck. It only seated 4 comfortably and we had to scootch in to get by when we were seated around it. Grill was a plus! The owner was very responsive to any texts we sent. Would certainly rent again.

We had a great time at this house. Everything was very clean and you could not beat the location. The fact that the owner allowed use of their bikes and beach chairs was an added bonus for our large family. Highly recommend this house!
