Perfect spot for a weekend get away! The house is smaller but has everything you need! It was decorated very cute and beds were comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. My family and I loved our stay at this property!

Small but cute little downstairs home. Location was awesome with only a short walk to beach which was wonderful for our 2 kids and took advantage of their beach tags another plus. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen had everything we needed as well. Overall the street was quite and parking in area was easy which is nice. Had a minor issue with the cleaning crew which I spoke to owner about but overall, it was a great experience and it was extremely wonderful they were pet friendly.

I hate to give negative reviews but i just want the next people staying here to be aware. To start with the positive it is in a great location. As for the negatives. There were only 2 very old cheap beach chairs for use. Not even the backpack style ones we all use. But 2 little folding chairs. If i would have known i would have brought my own. The house itself was recently updated but very poorly done. It looks like the owners did the renovations themselves and rushed to complete it. From the tile in the bathroom to drywall and painting. It is obvious it was not a professional contractor. The floor of the home itself was uneven and was falling apart in two spots. The handles on some of the doors were loose and falling off. The toilet paper holder was on the floor when we arrived. The tv in the main bedroom was not working properly. The home was just cleaned before we arrived but not very well. There is mold on the shower curtain and in the grout in the tub surround. The bath towels were all old and mismatched. The bedroom pillows have seen better days. The owners reached out to me to see if everything was okay. And when I stated that there was a couple issues, they tried to accuse me of checking in early and that the "Let me get away with it". This is absolutely untrue. I just want other people to be aware. This is not a five star, clean, beautiful condo. If you don't care about any of that, just bring your own pillows, towels and chairs.

Short and sweet trip to my old stomping grounds

Came with my partner and two grown kids . Took advantage of beach chairs, tags blankets and conveniently located steam pot food. Had a wonderful time . Parking a plenty and the street was pleasantly quiet. Loved the simple surf vibe !! Slept like a baby

Little Gem

The Reef is the perfect place for a small group/family getaway! It's completely renovated with a trendy beach vibe style. All the amenities were high end and so comfortable, i.e., bed linens, kitchen appliances, etc. We highly recommend The Reef!

4th of July

We loved our stay at 308. Such a cute property for us with our 17year old daughter, and her friend. They took so many pictures on the front porch. Really was the best. We are going to go next summer for sure.
