With an open layout and Sunroom on the first floor, you can easily chat with all of your family and friends whether they are watching movies in the living area or cooking a homemade meal in the kitchen!

The kitchen, also newly renovated, boasts beautiful granite countertops that add an appealing touch to the well-lit room. Fully equipped for all of your essential cooking needs, the kitchen offers amenities such as a microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher, and plenty of counterspace for preparing meals!

Atlantic City Beach house

Overall a nice stay. House had some lovely updates, but could use a little TLC. 2 blocks to the beach. No yard space to let kids play. Quiet neighborhood with what seems like year round residents. Some necessities in kitchen were not available. (Cutting board, baking sheets). I’d bring a griddle for morning breakfast. Aside from that a nice little place. Might be more for adults or older teens than families with younger children.

Objects appear larger in pictures

It is definitely a beach town style home. Pictures make it appear more updated than it really is. Bathroom upstairs is tiny. Carpet on steps was dirty couldn’t allow 1 yr old to climb.

The house was very roomy and clean, but very very old. The showers were impossible to temp. You either had cold or boiling hot water. The house wasn't very stocked with basic amenities that you find in most rentals.

Pleasant AC Stay

The communication with the manager of the property was very good and it fit the online description well. It's an older house with certain quirks –– a small, narrow kitchen next to a huge dining room. And small plumbing issues which we reported. The four bedrooms upstairs provided privacy and comfort for the four guests on the hottest day of the year. The residential neighborhood is nondescript, but near the water and in driving distance to the charming areas in Ventnor and Margate and the less charming boardwalk in AC. We all had a relaxed, pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.

Excellent getaway location

My friends and I got together for a weekend reunion and this house couldn’t have been more perfect in terms of location and amenities to support us. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions and concerns we had, and were extremely accommodating and hospitable. All the beds and couches are really comfortable, the bathrooms, kitchen and everywhere were clean, and it was completely safe. I definitely recommend this house!

Problems

We stayed for a weekend with family. Many of the rooms need renovations , many small things are broken and the walls are dirty and have holes / markings. Initially we had no heat in the house the first night, the owner got a tech over after a few hours and eventually by the end of the first night the heat was fixed. We tian noticed the house had no hot water. When asked what we could do to fix it we were told to let the water run for ten minutes. When I told them we tried that and it didn’t work they said nothing further regarding it. Due to this we were unable to shower for the weekend. The house has potential but needs work and normal amenities need to be fixed. Along with that the property manger needs to be more helpful.

Great Place

Me and my family definitely enjoyed this house. As far as the house goes nothing could have been better but the only thing is i put my cooler out back near the trash cans and when i came back from dinner the trash cans were on the curb and my cooler was gone.
